The Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists & Democrats in the European Parliament (S&D Group) intends to offer individual mobile phones for the use of its staff (around 250 persons) in the Secretariat based in Brussels.
- Different models of mobiles phones should be provided based on a policy to be established by the management.
- The leasing of phones could be linked or not to the subscription of communication services.
- Delivery and transport must be foreseen in the services to be provided.
- Setting-up of services should be foreseen on request.
- Insurance options should be provided.
- Usual warranty.
- End-user helpdesk.
- Services must be provided in at least two working languages (French or English).
- Services will be provided in Brussels.
